Linesight was engaged by a confidential biopharmaceutical company to provide full cost management services for the renovation of a vaccine facility Tianjing, China. The project involved the renovation and clean room fit-out of an existing facility, with a construction area of nearly 2,000 sq.m., primarily used for manufacturing pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (PCV).

  • Established a robust cost estimate at the beginning of the project, which served as the cost control framework for the entire project duration.
  • Facilitated the entire procurement process from tender qualification and assessment up to the awarding of contracts.
  • Closely monitored the project progress, identified risk issues, and ensured that all change controls are aligned with pre-set system of the client.
