Linesight is providing comprehensive cost management services for the construction of this new three-story office building. Once completed, the building will accommodate 614 desks and is part of the client’s office expansion initiative. 

The project also includes the development of a landscaped parking area with electric charging stations.

The project was awarded through a turnkey Design & Build negotiated tender. Linesight collaborated closely with the client and the contractor to ensure that the work was competitively priced and met all of the client’s requirements.

Particular emphasis has been placed on ensuring that the office is a “Green” Building and achieves a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”. Measures include the installation of heat pumps, energy saving installations in general and ensuring a high level of air tightness of the overall building.
