This strategy includes managing a comprehensive value engineering process to optimise a complex façade design and focuses on reducing the complexity and cost of the building elements while maintaining the required functionality and quality standards.

Furthermore, with site conditions including a high water table, potential contamination, and proximity to adjacent residential areas, Linesight is actively tracking all project risk items, offering guidance on cost implications, and proposing effective mitigation strategies to address these challenges.
