Linesight has been hired for the full fit-out of this project, with our service offering also being expanded to include procurement on this mixed-use scheme.

The building measures over 12,500sq.m. across eight storeys, and will comprise of 330 co-living rooms and a rooftop restaurant area once complete. This project comes as part of a stadium renovation in Saint-Ouen, in the norther suburbs of Paris, with this new building falling under the client’s global real estate strategy.

Linesight is also responsible for ensuring the procurement handled by the FF&E Agent is aligned with the overall procurement strategy and falls under the targeted budget. To achieve this, we have been working to build relationships with competitive suppliers to acquire the necessary goods and services of the best quality within the cost range.
