Linesight have been hired for the full fit-out of this project with our service offering also being expanded to include procurement on this mixed-use scheme. 

The building measures over 12,500sq.m across 8 storeys and will comprise of 330 co-living rooms and a rooftop restaurant area once complete. This project comes as part of a stadium renovation in Saint-Ouen, in the norther suburbs of Paris, with this new building falling under the client’s global real estate strategy.

Linesight are also responsible for ensuring the procurement handled by the FF&E Agent is aligned with the overall procurement strategy and falls under the targeted budget. To achieve this we have been working to build relationships with competitive suppliers to acquire the necessary goods and services of the best quality within the cost range.

  • Linesight provided a contract gap analysis versus client design specification highlighting risks to be mitigated.
  • Linesight developed a design to cost strategy bringing the architect under budget targets defined by the client.
