Global life science company’s expansion in South Korea

Linesight has been engaged to provide cost and project management services to support a fast growing global life science company’s expansion in South Korea.

In addition to supporting the rapid growth of the client’s resources and workforce capacity, the investment is intended to move production operations closer to the Asia Pacific market, thus significantly accelerating speed to market delivery.  

The project includes the construction of a five-storey pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, high bay automated warehousing for raw materials and finished products, as well as research laboratories and offices.

•  Design management including development of the brief for the design team 
•  Establishing the project governance structure Overall management of cost and
  schedule risk via change management and implementation of project controls
