Edenmore Primary Care Centre, Cork

Linesight provided Cost Management from commencement through to completion for the construction of a three-storey Primary Care Centre, incorporating the HSE primary care teams, GP surgery and some retail units at ground floor level.

The design and build contract included a pre-cast concrete structure over three floors to accommodate the HSE facility including specialist treatment rooms and consultation areas. The facility achieved an A rated BER.

• This project requried complex multi-stakeholder engagement with occupants including the HSE, GP, Dublin City Council and St Monica's Youth Club.
• The development was delivered within budget and to the agreed schedule.
