Linesight are currently working on a 45MW data centre campus in Abu Dhabi, the first data centre for this client in the region. There is a lot of optimism around the data centre industry in the UAE, fuelled by increasing data demand, private sector investment and a governmental vision for digitalisation and implementation of Artificial Intelligence. This is a significant project for the client in the region, supporting its strategy to expand its portfolio in the GCC.  

The project requires coordination with multiple vendors for OFCI, consultant providers and the main contractor. Construction is a phased development including warm shell, external infrastructure and ancillary buildings followed by the subsequent fit-out of the data halls and specific customer requirements.

Linesight have provided: Pre-Contract Cost Management, Post-Contract Cost Management, Contract Administration, and Planning / Scheduling Management services, working closely as part of the project team during all phases of the project.
