Located about one hour outside of downtown Manhattan, the new office fulfills the client's objective of delivering a high-performing and collaborative space, while meeting the outlined project completion date and achieving the best value per dollar spent. Linesight provided Project and Cost Management services from project inception to completion, and our past project experience in the Stamford area proved an invaluable advantage during the project. It enabled our team to deliver substantial savings to the client.
Willis Towers Watson recently moved into the new HQ. The space has a number of notable features, including local artwork from the Connecticut area, a living wall, as well as an activity-based working system. This provides a variety of predetermined activity areas throughout the space, to allow employees to conduct specific tasks in purpose-built areas, including learning, focusing, collaborating and socializing.
We were delighted to be a part of the project, and wish the Willis Towers Watson team the best of luck in their new home.
