Willis Towers Watson Dallas honored with CMAA North Texas 2021 Project Achievement Award

Willis Towers Watson’s Dallas office has been selected as the winner of the ‘Buildings Renovation/Modernization Less than $10m’ category for the CMAA North Texas Chapter 2021 Project Achievement Awards. Linesight provided Program Management, Project Management and Cost Management services on the project, which involved the build-out/renovation of 72,000 sq.ft. of Class A office space across the top three floors (Floors 43-45) of Ross Tower in Downtown Dallas. The project was a reconciliation of three existing office locations into one Class A space.

The project team also included Verderame and Cale as Architect/Engineer and Balfour Beatty US as Builder/General Contractor.
