River House wins RICS NI Award

River House in Belfast has won a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Award in the Commercial category. The project, on which Linesight provided Cost Management, Project Controls and Procurement services, is one of the largest city center, commercial refurbishment projects undertaken in Belfast. The CAT A works covered 14 stories and 110,000sq.ft. of space, and involved the removal of the existing façade, which was replaced with a new curtain walling system. Considerable structural work was undertaken on the ground floor, to create a double height space for the entrance and reception areas.
