Nigel Barnes, Head of Life Science – EMEA was recently invited to present a talk on leadership to a group of Construction Management students from the University of Bedfordshire. Nigel provided the students with an insightful account of the traits of successful leaders based on his extensive experience working in the pharmaceutical and management consultancy companies over the past twenty years. Nigel also shared insights on the impact of poor leadership on project outcomes and the impact it can have on team performance and personal development.
Nigel was delighted to support the University of Bedfordshire’s initiative to invite guest speakers to address the emerging talent of the future. It enables students to glean real world insights that provide colour and context for academic courses. Linesight actively supports our senior management teams to mentor and provide guidance to help develop the talent of the future, which we feel is an in important responsibility for all industry stakeholders to play.
