Linesight, announced today that it has completed the refurbishment of River House, Belfast, 100,000 sq. ft. of CAT A space which included circa 22,000 sq. ft. of serviced office space operated by Clockwise. Linesight has been providing full cost consultancy services on the project.
The refurbishment of River House, which was delivered to the market last month, included the fit out of 5 Clockwise floors (circa 22,000 sq. ft.), and the redevelopment of the reception area with a double height atrium and installation of a feature glazed lift from the main building reception to the Clockwise reception at the first floor.
Linesight is also working with Castleforge and Clockwise on 32,000 sq. ft. of Grade A offices in Liverpool, to deliver Edward Pavilion, Albert Dock, at the end of the year. Edward Pavilion is a Grade 1 listed building based on a UNESCO World Heritage site with a mix of open-plan floor space and serviced offices operated by Clockwise.
Castleforge Partners has invested over £500 million of asset value in the UK since its formation in 2010. Linesight has worked with Castleforge on over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of its property portfolio across the UK. Linesight has used its expertise to successfully tender these projects within budget using a fast-track tender process which requires a hands-on attitude to ensure the level of quality and value expected by Castleforge.
