Global construction consultancy, Linesight, has announced a number of strategic leadership appointments at both a global and regional level, to support its ongoing growth and business digital transformation. The announcement comes at a time that the organisation is continuing on its significant growth trajectory, particularly across its key sectors of data centres, life sciences and high-tech industrial, and across a number of service lines.
The appointments are designed to support enhanced operational excellence and expanding service offerings, further bolster the team leading its business digital transformation journey, and ultimately elevate client experience.
Stephen Ashe has been appointed to the role of Vice President – Global Delivery Excellence, bringing over 25 years of service with Linesight. Previously serving as Senior Director, Europe, he has amassed extensive experience across all sectors and key service lines. Throughout his career, Stephen has successfully delivered large-scale projects, for multinational clients across Europe, the UK and the Middle East, showcasing his ability to navigate diverse markets. His global role will focus on driving and enhancing delivery excellence, and ensuring risk mitigation.
Paul Butler is moving from his role as Senior Director in the European Leadership team to Vice President – Strategic Growth. This global role is designed to drive intentional growth for Linesight, aligned with strategic objectives. Paul will work closely with regional teams to develop and deepen client relationships, and support a healthy, sustainable business pipeline across its global business. Paul has worked with Linesight for over 20 years, and has extensive experience in MEP services, particularly in the Data Centre and High-tech Industrial sectors, across Europe and Africa.
Eoin Byrne has been appointed to the newly-created role of Vice President – Business Digital Transformation, from his role as Vice President – Americas. He joined Linesight in 2015 and has worked across the US, specialising in large-scale, mission critical programs of work. In his new role, Eoin will play a leading role in positioning Linesight at the forefront of the industry in terms of digital innovation, and shaping the future of Linesight’s business digital transformation journey.
Brian McClinton will continue in his capacity as Senior Director within the European leadership team, also taking on the leadership and coordination of strategic and operational initiatives for the region. His role of Senior Director – Europe, Strategy and Operations, will involve working closely with the European leadership team, sector leads and corporate services leads, and will be critical in driving better alignment, change and integration across what is Linesight’s largest region. Brian joined Linesight in 2016, and works primarily from its Amsterdam and Dublin offices.
Andrew Callaghan joins the European Leadership team as a Senior Director, and has worked with Linesight for 20 years. He has been a Director since 2019, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across the Data Centre, Commercial and Residential sectors, spanning numerous countries in Europe. In his new role, Andrew will be focused on working with the rest of the European senior team to lead and support growth across the region.
Paul Brady joins the European Leadership team as a Senior Director, bringing a wealth of experience, having worked with Linesight for over 20 years. In that time, he has held responsibility for delivering significant, complex projects across multiple sectors throughout Europe, with tenures in both the Dublin and London offices. Paul has particularly championed wellness initiatives at Linesight, and will continue with this focus while working alongside the rest of the European senior team in leading its strategic growth in-region.
Michael Byrne joins the Americas leadership team as a Vice President. He joined Linesight in 2017 and was promoted to Director in 2021. Michael has particular expertise in the Data Centre sector, and has extensive experience across Europe and the US. He joins Linesight’s Americas Leadership team, working alongside his fellow VPs to steer the business’s strategic growth across the region.
David Brown has joined Linesight and the Americas leadership team as a Vice President, having held the role of Vice President of Project Controls at IPS. He has worked across engineering, project management, project controls and procurement for over 30 years, he brings an enormous wealth of experience to bear. David’s EPCMV expertise spans multiple sectors and business verticals, such as utility, renewables, oil and gas, pharma, chemical, higher education, flavours and fragrances, research, transportation and entertainment. This experience will be invaluable in working closely with his fellow VPS in-region, to oversee the business’s strategic growth objectives.
Dallas Olson joins Linesight as Global Director of Project Management Consultancy, having most recently held the role of Senior Director, Operations at Springtide Project Services. Having held a number of key senior operations and project management roles, he brings a long-standing industry experience in both the mission critical and high-tech sectors. In his new role, Dallas will lead Linesight’s Project Management Consultancy service line across the world, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and optimal outcomes for its clients.
