Emma Hargreaves named HRO Today’s TA Leader of the Year

Emma Hargreaves, Linesight’s Talent Acquisition Leader for Europe, was crowned TA Leader of the Year by HRO Today magazine on Tuesday, 5th November 2024. 

Emma has only been with us a year, but has made an incredible contribution to the business already. Anne Rush, Linesight’s Chief People Officer, said of Emma: “As Linesight grows, Emma’s experience of driving HR transformation in large corporations has been pivotal. Most fundamentally, she knows when to collaborate and when to lead.”

Emma’s experience of leading TA for large global brands has been instrumental in supporting Linesight with rapid business growth. She has brought fresh thinking to recruitment strategy, helped integrate a new ATS and has continued to grow her team across Europe.

As Linesight continues its strategic growth, Emma’s support will enable us to reach new markets and bring new talent into the business.
