Our client, a leading EV manufacturer, is expanding its Advanced Manufacturing Plant in the United States to increase capacity and prepare for the production of its new electric SUV model. This expansion seeks to bring all essential functions into one campus: a new General Assembly, new Quality, Stamping and Semi-Knock Down (SKD) centers, expanded Body and Paint shops, a new Logistics space, and a new Powertrain facility. This expanded state-of-the-art factory will allow the company to improve its quality process, provide manufacturing flexibility and improve efficiency.

A key highlight of this expansion is transforming the existing General Assembly building into a world-class Paint shop. This upgrade is set to improve the painting process, ensuring top-tier aesthetic quality for the vehicles, and positioning our client at the forefront of automotive innovation.

Linesight is providing Planning and Scheduling services to this client, collaborating with the project team to ensure client objectives are met and the project is completed on time.
