Linesight is working closely with this client on a phased project milestone strategy for the construction of a new data centre campus in a southern suburb of Paris, advising on the most economical sequencing options to mitigate the risk of cost overruns. This strategy includes managing a comprehensive value engineering process to optimise a complex façade design and focuses on reducing the complexity and cost of the building elements while maintaining the required functionality and quality standards.

Furthermore, with site conditions including a high water table, potential contamination, and proximity to adjacent residential areas, Linesight is actively tracking all project risk items, offering guidance on cost implications, and proposing effective mitigation strategies to address these challenges.
