Linesight’s global community engagement efforts continue to make an impact

From Dublin’s Phoenix Park to the kitchens of Singapore, Linesight’s community engagement and CSR initiatives over the past year have had a positive impact around the world. 

With over $100,000 invested in community programs last year, we remain steadfast in our commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. Across the Netherlands, New York, Taipei and other global offices, our teams have dedicated time and resources to making a difference. 

From donating over 400 seasonal gifts to local children to providing essential items and volunteer hours, our efforts have focused on supporting those who need it most, and recognising the impact that we can have on those around us.

In Dublin, employees participated in the Simon Home Run at Phoenix Park, raising crucial funds to assist those experiencing homelessness. This initiative plays a key role in offering emergency support and permanent housing solutions across Dublin and its surrounding counties. The funds raised have had a lasting impact on individuals and families facing homelessness.

In the Americas, our offices supported Full Life Care by assembling care packages for people living with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Volunteers created handmade cards to combat social isolation, contributing a total of 47 hours across six offices in the region.

In Singapore, Linesight partnered with Willing Hearts, a charity focused on preparing and delivering meals to elderly individuals, low-income families and others in need. Our volunteers helped prepare and distribute thousands of meals daily, fostering a stronger sense of community.

Through these initiatives, we exemplify our core value of 'Connecting for good'. By collaborating with charitable organisations, investing in volunteer work, and making philanthropic donations, we’re creating positive, lasting impacts in communities worldwide. This approach not only strengthens community ties, but also enriches the lives of our employees and stakeholders.

Looking ahead, we are committed to expanding our community engagement efforts and further strengthening the processes that make these initiatives impactful. With a focus on sustainable, long-term support, we will continue to build on our global CSR framework to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
