Linesight and Digital Connexion win inaugural Data Centre of The Year award for MAA10 Chennai Data Centre

Linesight, together with Digital Connexion, is honoured to have received the award for Data Centre of the Year 2024 at the RICS South Asia Awards for the MAA10 Chennai Data Centre campus in Chennai’s Ambattur Industrial Estate in India. This is the first time this award category has been included in the awards, and showcases the strength and importance of data centre construction growth in the industry.

The state-of the-art facility provides the full spectrum of a highly connected and scalable data centre, colocation and interconnection solutions. The campus is expected to bring together enterprises, network service, cloud and IT providers to give customers and partners a key connectivity gateway to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Linesight was engaged by Digital Connexion to provide Cost Management services for the project and formed a key part of the construction project team.
