Jenni Molloy Appointed Head of Transformation at Linesight

Global construction consultancy, Linesight, has announced that Jenni Molloy has been appointed to the role of Head of Transformation and joined its Executive Committee.

In her new role, Jenni will be responsible for designing, developing and executing Linesight’s transformation strategy. Working closely with regional and functional teams, she will ensure all initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives and growth ambitions.

Jenni joins Linesight from PwC, where she held a senior consultancy role in the People and Organisation Advisory function, and brings a wealth of expertise, having led high-performing teams through complex global transformation programs across Europe, America and APAC.

“This is a critical role to support the delivery of Linesight’s strategic objectives and to enable it to be future-fit for continued success,” said Paul Boylan, CEO of Linesight. “I am delighted Jenni is joining our leadership team.
