Joining Linesight in 2002, Paul has amassed 25+ years’ experience in the construction industry, with extensive knowledge and expertise across multiple sectors globally, including in Life Sciences, Data Centers, Commercial Real Estate, High-Tech Industrial, Residential and Retail. As Linesight Group CEO, he takes a leading role in all market-facing matters within the organization, to ensure that clients in every region get the most benefit from our experience. Paul has built strategic partnerships with many of Linesight’s major international clients, working on a diverse range of complex and interesting build projects. He specializes in strategy and program consultancy and is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland/Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI/RICS).

Jane has an acute attention to detail in all aspects of her work. As Head of Transformation, Jenni leverages over nine years of experience to drive impactful change, and joined Linesight in 2024. Today, Jenni spearheads the design, development and implementation of Linesight’s transformation strategy. She has over 30 years' experience working with B2B organisations and communications agencies ranging from start-ups to multinational organisations. Niamh is an experienced professional with proven expertise in developing and delivering strategic marketing initiatives and executing insight-led marketing strategies. She manages the global marketing team and is passionate about building a creative, collaborative and results-driven culture to continuously create value for our business and our clients.
