The opportunity

As the Total Rewards Global Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company's global compensation and benefits strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will collaborate closely with the Finance team and the Executive Committee to define a cohesive rewards philosophy aligned with our market and sector goals. Your strategic oversight will span all regions in which we operate, with a focus on compensation, benefits programs, job mapping, and pay transparency. Additionally, you will lead a team tasked with optimizing and executing core compensation processes to enhance our total rewards offering globally.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the design and execution of competitive executive compensation packages, including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives.
  • Ensure compensation principles are well-documented and aligned with business strategy and market standards.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and tracking of LTIPs and other long-term reward programs.
  • Develop, review, and implement global bonus programs, partnering with Finance to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Establish robust, market-driven remuneration data sources for key markets, ensuring our offerings are competitive and aligned with industry trends.
  • Administer cost-effective and flexible benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with local market regulations.
  • Lead the annual salary planning process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting tools to measure and track compensation metrics such as diversity, equity, and geographic differences.
  • Design and implement global rewards programs that address emerging market needs and employee expectations across all regions and functions.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have experience in global compensation and benefits, ideally within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to link reward programs to business performance and strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder management expertise with a proven ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership, to drive change and alignment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing competing priorities and timelines.
  • Proven leadership experience, from strategic planning to the successful execution of compensation and benefits programs.
  • International benefits administration experience, with a broad understanding of local and global market practices.
  • An established network of third-party providers to support the administration of benefits and compensation programs.
