In this role you will:

  • Oversee the global tax compliance requirements, tax provision calculations, tax disclosures and internal controls
  • Responsible for managing the relationship with third party compliance and advisory providers
  • Partner with the Global Mobility team and provide expert advice on potential permanent establishment issues
  • Manage the global transfer pricing policy and compliance and provide tax advice on intercompany arrangements
  • Assist the Group Finance team with tax reporting, monthly provision calculations and other accounting tasks as required
  • Partner with the Global Head of Tax and assist with the planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects
  • Research the impact of current and proposed tax legislation on the business and stakeholders

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Are AITI/CTA qualified with 10+ years of relevant international experience
  • Have an accountancy qualification (preferred – ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong technical tax knowledge
  • Have relevant experience in practice and/or a MNC
  • Experience in both global direct and indirect taxes
  • Experience in tax planning, implementing and managing global tax strategies
  • Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, business acumen and a commercial mindset to create balanced solutions and recommendations
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Have a highly collaborative nature and enjoy working within a global team
