The opportunity

Following the continued growth and success of Linesight we are expanding the European HR team & seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP). 

The role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices and initiatives with organizational goals. The HRBP will provide expert HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. 

We are looking for a dynamic, business focused HR professional who brings with them a passion for driving value led growth and partnering for success. 

Reporting to the HR Leader for the region, this role will be a key member of the global HR team  


Essential Functions of The Job: 

Strategic Partnership: 

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing strategic HR support to drive business results. 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.  
  • Coach leaders and drive culture and engagement, talent and employee development initiatives focusing on the local needs based on the global strategy. 

 

Talent Management: 

  • Support the execution of the global People strategy with the support of the existing HR resources. 
  • Lead talent development initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and leadership training programs. 

 

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead strategic growth in the region by playing an active role in Talent Acquisition activities, partnering with local Talent Acquisition Partners & Hiring Managers, providing guidance and support on recruitment strategies, employer branding & playing an active part in the interviewing of key talent. 
  • Participate in regional networking and industry events, building employer Brand awareness in region & increasing interest  with potential candidates through events, social media, and industry partnerships to strengthen talent pipelines and hiring efforts.

Employee Relations: 

  • Act as an advisor on complex policy Issues, queries and Employee Relations support. 
  • Support and coach managers and employees on escalations of employee issues and concerns including poor performance management and sick leave management. 
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, engagement, and conflict resolution. 

 

Performance Management: 

  • Plan and support the Performance Management process for the region, guiding managers through the process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. 
  • Support the implementation of people processes and programs global to local, such as annual performance review, year-end compensation planning, equity planning etc. 
  • Provide coaching and support to Managers on performance issues, managing leaves and all employee issues. 

Organizational Development: 

  • Proactively resolve business concerns, partner with COEs, deliver strategic business insight to guide development of programs to support the people strategy. 
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture transformation, and employee engagement programs. 
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

 

Compliance and Policy Management: 

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local legislation. 
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment law and ensure company policies are updated accordingly. 

 

HR Metrics and Analytics: 

  • Provide insight into people data, guiding business leaders through data driven people decisions. 
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making. 
  • Develop and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations 

 

Employee Experience: 

  • Champion initiatives to enhance the employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding. 
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts to create a more inclusive workplace. 
  • Drive internal wellbeing initiatives. 

 

Skills/Experience required: 

  • Proven experience at a HRBP/HR Generalist/Manager level in Europe, preferably the Benelux or Nordics regions. 
  • Relevant HR/CIPD qualification  
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in the relevant countries 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize requirements from the business from very operative/ transactional up to strategic / visionary. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Experience in organization development, talent management, proven and successful ability to build, lead, and integrate effective and lasting people management programs within a business. 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. 
  • Experience in handling complex employee relations issues  
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Ability to analyse data and present insights to drive change 
  • Energetic, highly self-motivated, and able to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
