In this role you will: 

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret construction related data, including both secondary and primary sources (e.g., materials, project scheduling, cost benchmarking, vendors), for global projects to generate valuable insights and actionable recommendations
  • Create and analyse graphs, charts, and data in Excel/Power BI to highlight trends and key metrics
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis and project outcomes
  • Develop comprehensive global market research reports covering various sectors within the construction industry
  • Track developments in the construction industry to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with ongoing projects and research efforts
  • Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, with minimum of 2 years of experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Have an understanding of construction processes and principles
  • Are proficient in cost evaluation and data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and present findings
  • Ideally have exposure to international projects/research assignments in the data centre, life sciences or industrial sector 
  • Have expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization (graphs and charts)
  • Ideally work with data analytics tools such as PowerBI and have knowledge of basic statistical methods or techniques
  • Have excellent written English and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations
  • Are self-motivated, able to anticipate needs, identify problems, and offer solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a highly collaborative nature and enjoy working within a global team 
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused
