In this role you will:  

  • Attend and document key meetings, design review, discussions and decision
  • Monitor daily progress, creating reports and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and control Engineering Deliverables of the project from initiation to handover  
  • Efficiently manage files and documents
  • Contribute to the management of the GC in their planning and delivery of the scopes for the project
  • Produce daily and weekly reports to assist in project delivery
  • Professionally manage varied administrative tasks including correspondence and contract signature
  • Participate in site walks with the D&C teams, the A/E team, GC/Trades, QA/QC Team to review project requirements, quality and progress
  • Facilitating virtual site walks with off-site stakeholders where required
  • Use your strong organizational skills to work closely with our technical team to deliver excellent service to our client
  • Collaborate with the client team to determine needs and understand plan sets related to Data Center construction
  • Provide weekly data reports/ KPI on Procore/ CX Alloy/ Safety application information and process.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Have 2-3 years of project-based support experience in office administration, business management, business analysis or data coordination
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused
  • Adapt to new processes and systems with agility and enthusiasm
  • Have previous experience in large project construction
  • Have a bachelor’s in construction management, Engineering or similar discipline
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
