In this role you will: 

  • Track and manage project purchase order status and ensure the business is requesting renewals well ahead of expiry
  • Analyse monthly timesheets and expenses on multiple projects to determine correct amounts to invoice to clients
  • Assist line manager is promptly preparing & closing out expense approvals
  • Assisting the team to ensure no work in progress and that invoices are issued in a timely manner
  • Ensure correct rates are used in all billings and identify opportunities for rate changes and increases
  • Ensure timely follow up with clients on unpaid balances exceeding agreed credit terms
  • Perform commercial analysis as directed
  • Assist with preparing initial fee proposals and analysis of margins and job profitability before submission to fee committees.
  • Ensure all rates and proposals are in line with contract terms 
  • Ensure contractual documents and proposals correctly set up with correct legal entity details and bank account details.
  • Manage and maintain Linesight entities within client portals
  • Work closely with the Senior Director on various tasks, such as providing assistance on employee mobility, with conjunction with the wider HR team
  • Working with various EMEA campus leads to organize team building / client social event
  • Work with project leads in the region to update project information, status, risks, etc. on Salesforce
  • Work with project leads to collate, prioritise, update and track requests to Linesight business operations (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HR & Marketing)
  • Work with the Snr. Director and bid team on the compilation of content for bids for new projects / scope
  • Assist the recruitment manager in the onboarding of new staff onto the account
  • Assist in the tracking of billable and non-billable expenses with a view to managing non-billable expenses and ensuring billable expenses are recovered through invoicing
  • Assist in the organisation and running of coordination meetings between campus leads across the region

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in data analysis for large scale projects
  • Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder review
  • Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics
  • Have worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions
