In this role you will: 

  • Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
  • Perform quarterly cash flow reviews to ensure alignment with project financial goals.
  • Oversee the monthly application for payment checks to maintain accurate financial tracking.
  • Update the monthly report, including earned value (EV) data from the EPCMQ contractor, cash flow, commitments, changes, and HSE KPIs from the HSE manager.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to align on budget approvals for procurement packages prior to RFQ issuance.
  • Maintain and update documentation with high-level planning updates and resource plans for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure all tools and documents for funding approvals comply with the client's standards.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes.
  • Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
  • Have a Construction or Engineering-related degree or industry-recognised technical or management qualification.
  • Have experience in project controls and process improvements. 
  • Experience in the following sectors is an advantage:
    • Life Sciences, Data Centres, Renewable & Alternative Energies, or Hi-Tech Manufacturing.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with and deliver to internal and external senior executives.
  • Have experience in Risk Management and understanding of Quantitative Risk Analysis techniques and their application.
  • Are fluent in English language both orally and written. French and/or Italian would be an advantage.
  • Have the right to work in the location.
