In this role you will:

  • Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality​
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement​. Support alignment with key stakeholders by tracking project progress, sharing updates, and ensuring clear communication on portfolio decisions.
  • Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions​
  • Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed  ​
  • Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners​
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update the risk register and Quality tracker, ensuring project managers keep data accurate and up to date. Conduct sanity checks to ensure data consistency across departments.
  • Project Prioritization & Risk Management: Assist in reviewing project risks and supporting teams in resolving issues.
  • Track and report on safety, costs, risks, quality and schedule performance. Produce progress reports for different levels of the business.
  • Resource & Budget Support: Track and oversee travel and budget, ensuring approvals follow established processes. Help forecast resource needs and support capacity planning.
  • Contribute to process enhancements by assisting with automated dashboards to track data and project needs.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have project management experience​ in a reporting or PMO capacity, with experience using data visualization tools
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline​
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help​
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused​
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing​
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment​
