We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional with exposure to & ownership of end -end recruitment as well as participation in transformation & process improvement in a fast-paced high-volume setting, preferably in the construction or construction consultancy industry.


In this role you will:​

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview, and process best practices​
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and define role requirements in line with Linesights’ company vision
  • Act as a consultant & influence business decisions and recruitment practices by utilizing your market expertise, insights and leveraging data​
  • Create and implement sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent​
  • Develop innovative hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high calibre talent​
  • Be an advocate for best-in-class processes and systems, supporting data integrity and process compliance efforts to foster a positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams​
  • Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates​
  • Extend your talent network across senior levels in our key geographies and parallel industries to identify and nurture talent pools​
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to continually improve the recruitment process
  • Lead, mentor, coach and develop team members, providing guidance on best practices, sourcing techniques, and end-end recruitment strategies to ensure optimal performance and goal alignment
  • Support TA Leadership in the transformation & implementation of best in class processes including but not limited to interview techniques and best practices, AI in the recruitment process & developing strategies to attract and hire the best talent
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand, creating an attractive value proposition for potential candidates

  • Thrive on partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations​
  • Have a strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics, recruitment technologies (such as ATS), and market trends
  • Have knowledge of advanced sourcing tools and recruitment marketing platforms
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused​
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing​
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
