You will be responsible for the Group’s indirect tax compliance and will assist with all global indirect tax advisory matters. You will have exposure to all tax aspects of a growing global business which will include liaising with external advisors and local tax authorities in various locations. 


In this role you will: 

  • Be responsible for the Group’s indirect tax compliance, including liaising with advisors and internal accountants to ensure timely submission and payment of indirect tax liabilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for indirect tax matters within the organization.
  • Advise the business on routine indirect tax queries.
  • Assist in answering requests for information from tax authorities regarding indirect taxes.
  • Participate in global projects and prepare necessary advice as directed by the Global Director of Tax .
  • Research and evaluate the tax impact of current and proposed tax legislation.
  • Prepare and maintain the internal compliance process documents for indirect tax.
  • Partake in any ad-hoc tax tasks as required by the business, including exposure to other tax heads.
  • Oversee withholding tax compliance, providing internal advice on withholding tax implications for cross-border payments and transactions.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have relevant experience in indirect tax in practice and/or a Multi National Corporation.
  • Are CTA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with non-tax teams, external advisors and develop relationships at all levels of management.
