An intrinsic member of the global bidding team, this position reports to the Head of Bidding, APAC, based in Singapore. This role will work on the coordination, design, development and delivery of RFIs/RFPs across multiple sectors in the construction industry including Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial Real Estate, High-Tech Industrial, amongst others. Experience with Adobe InDesign is required for this role, in conjunction with strong people and communication skills and an ability to work under tight turnaround times. We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to get stuck in, is positive and enthusiastic and works well under pressure. This is a six month contract role. 


 

In this role you will:

  • Assist in the end-to-end coordination of Bid/Proposals with key stakeholders to capture required data and inputs
  • Read, interpret and convey customer solicitation, RFP/RFI documents and create the proposal responsibility matrix and schedule and keep track of proposal progress
  • Create materials and responses to requests received for proposals, quotes and information
  • Review proposals received by the wider team, proofreading and editing to ensure a high standard of quality
  • Ensure all content created aligns with our brand and is comprehensive, competitive and meets the client-specific requirements
  • Ensure commonly used proposal content is well organised with the database and accessible
  • Assist in the writing and updating of CVs and project sheets (will involve writing new content, editing existing)
  • Review, proof, validate, and issue best-in-class proposal documents and maintain all related data in central repository
  • Asist in the management and be involved in the creation and maintenance of local proposal/bidding collateral library and central storage for the group
  • Manage and update local elements of databases including CVs, project photography, and project data
  • Support new content development efforts and strategic firm initiatives as required

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite as well as the full Microsoft suite in particular PowerPoint (required)
  • Have worked in a multi-faceted marketing or bidding role with similar responsibilities (required)
  • Are an excellent and confident communicator verbally and in writing (required)
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines (required)
  • Have a highly collaborative nature and enjoy working within a global team (required)
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused with strong time management skills (required)
  • Have worked on CRM systems such as Salesforce (desirable)
  • Are open to an initial six month contract role
