In this role you will:  

  • Implemented document control processes for global engineering CAPEX projects using Asite.

  • Coordinated with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage document submissions, reviews, and approvals.

  • Set up SharePoint, Teams, and Asite structures to support document control.

  • Managed migration of documents from contractor platforms to a unified data environment (Asite)

  • Handled transmittals between internal teams and external partners.
  • Participated in global document control forums to align practices.
  • Promoted best practices through structured training sessions.
  • Supported project teams to ensure proper resourcing and standards compliance.
  • Engaged stakeholders to shape effective documentation solutions.
  • Liaised with IT on current and proposed systems.
  • Developed quality assurance processes to standardize document management and capture lessons learned.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Proficient in both spoken and written Swedish
  • Have experience in a similar document management role 
  • Have experience in Asite and Sharepoint which are critical for this role 
  • Enjoy managing a large range of information 
  • Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills 
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
