Document Controller - Life Science

In this role you will:
Implemented document control processes for global engineering CAPEX projects using Asite.
Coordinated with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage document submissions, reviews, and approvals.
Set up SharePoint, Teams, and Asite structures to support document control.
Managed migration of documents from contractor platforms to a unified data environment (Asite)
- Handled transmittals between internal teams and external partners.
- Participated in global document control forums to align practices.
- Promoted best practices through structured training sessions.
- Supported project teams to ensure proper resourcing and standards compliance.
- Engaged stakeholders to shape effective documentation solutions.
- Liaised with IT on current and proposed systems.
- Developed quality assurance processes to standardize document management and capture lessons learned.

- Proficient in both spoken and written Swedish
- Have experience in a similar document management role
- Have experience in Asite and Sharepoint which are critical for this role
- Enjoy managing a large range of information
- Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
