In this role you will:

  • Define and execute a data and analytics (D&A) strategy to maximize business value, collaborating with executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Foster a data-driven mindset across the organization by developing D&A talent, improving data literacy, and driving transformation efforts
  • Establish data governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and ethical usage in decision-making and AI-driven processes
  • Develop and manage an enterprise-wide data operating model, ensuring efficient delivery of data products and analytics solutions
  • Implement and optimize data management frameworks, including data lakes, warehouses, and fabric to support scalable analytics capabilities
  • Identify and address internal and external stakeholder needs, aligning D&A initiatives with business objectives for digital transformation
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and evolution of the organization's data and analytics architecture and platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and future growth

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Have progressive leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, multidisciplinary environments and enterprise wide data and analytics programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex context
  • Are proficient in cloud platforms, preferably within the Azure technology stack.
  • Have expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as SQL.
  • Have a solid understanding of data governance frameworks
  • Are passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring, helping to upskill junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization
  • Have evidence of holistic data skills, such as engineering, analytics, data science and data architecture
  • Have a practical portfolio demonstrating experience of hard skills within data analytics, machine learning and data architecture (e.g., working with complex ETL pipelines.)
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within organizations undergoing digital transition.
  • Understand key terminology, conventions and processes within the construction industry (highly desirable).
  • Have strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and business communication skills
