You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective. We will empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility in your role so that you can take charge of your career progression with us. For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager for a pharmaceutical headquarters fit-out project, ideally with a background in life sciences or commercial fit-outs. The role is suited for candidates within a commutable distance to Surrey.

In this role, you will:

- Manage large-scale construction projects for clients, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Oversee daily site activities, manage the flow of information, and report on progress, quality, and safety issues.

- Assist in the completion and delivery of the handover plan, ensuring all documentation is in place and quality expectations are met.

- Be a visible leader on-site, actively monitoring progress and ensuring safe work practices are in place.

- Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultants, and contractors, managing the schedule and ensuring effective partner engagement.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues with the team to minimise project delays or disruptions.

- Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with the client to drive improvements and updates as necessary.

- Adhere to and enforce project procedures to ensure smooth operation and compliance at all stages of the project.

- Lead and attend key meetings to track progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate any potential impacts to stakeholders.

- Review and assess proposed variations and delays, taking the necessary actions to mitigate risks.

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have substantial project management experience, ideally in the life sciences or commercial fit-out sectors.

- Hold a degree in project management, construction, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience.

- Have a project management professional certification or are working towards one (we can offer support).

- Are detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to excellence.

- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Excel in a collaborative, friendly, and supportive team environment.

- Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and teams through openness, shared purpose, and a positive approach.
