We empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility so that you can drive your career progression with us. For us, lasting and trusted relationships are everything—both with our teams and our clients.

In this role you will:

  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management and ensure seamless integration of Building Monitoring Systems (BMS) and Power Management Systems (PMS) within the broader construction program.

  • Act as a visible safety leader onsite, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and participating in regular safety audits.

  • Lead the BMS/PMS construction package, ensuring timely delivery, integration, and commissioning of all related systems.

  • Coordinate with key project stakeholders, including MEP teams, automation specialists, commissioning engineers, and external contractors.

  • Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of all BMS and PMS components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and client expectations.

  • Work closely with QA, Commissioning, and EHS teams to maintain high standards of project execution and compliance.

  • Manage and track costs associated with the package, including labour, materials, subcontractors, and variations.

  • Monitor on-site progress, ensuring any issues related to quality, safety, or design deviations are swiftly addressed.

  • Lead meetings with subcontractors and vendors, tracking progress and resolving any technical challenges that arise.

  • Drive the handover process, ensuring all system documentation, testing, and commissioning reports are completed for final acceptance.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Are an experienced Construction Manager with a background in large-scale, complex projects, particularly in data centres, industrial, or high-tech buildings.

  • Have a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Have a deep understanding of BMS, PMS, and critical infrastructure systems within a construction environment.

  • Have experience managing specialist subcontractors and technology vendors in the BMS/PMS domain.

  • Possess strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully delivering technical packages.

  • Have a strong working knowledge of the full design and construction process, from procurement through to commissioning and handover.

  • Are proficient in construction scheduling tools, cost tracking, and quality management processes.

  • Can mobilize people and teams, driving successful project execution and delivery.

  • Are effective in building strong working relationships within complex project structures, across clients, consultants, and internal teams.
