Responsible for researching compensation and benefits policies and plans for Linesight employees and new hires. Use data and cost analyses to compare compensation and benefits plans. Evaluate position descriptions to determine classification and salary. Take ownership of setting up all new suppliers on our accounts system and ensure all details are correct and updated on an ongoing basis. Assist in the processing of PO and non-PO invoices for multiple entities globally. Partner with relevant department managers to ensure all invoices are approved in a timely manner. Reconcile all Creditor Accounts with statements, following up on outstanding items when required. Ensure that an organization complies with all employee compensation federal and state laws. Manage expense system including reviewing, querying and approving employee expense claims. Design and prepare reports summarizing research and analysis in relation to compensation packages and present recommendations to other human resources managers. Review, edit and approve invoices issued, published and disseminated by the company to employees. Plan and direct the development and communication of information designed to keep our employees informed of latest readings, performances, achievements, services and pay incentives
