Our Chartership Pathway is an RICS recognized program and the first APC/Chartership corporate educational program globally to receive the RISE Corporate Support Scheme badge from RICS. Boasting a 92% pass rate, this dynamic, 24-month, fully funded program includes a blend of on-the-job learning, formal training, and mentorship as you work towards your professional competency assessment (APC).
Learning with the best, in your workplace, you will have the support and guidance of our experienced in-house RICS/SCSI trained supervisors and counsellors who will be assigned to you when you formally start the pathway. Through a series of scheduled check-ins, they will share their knowledge and skills with you and monitor your learning progress.
You will also be part of an online Community, facilitated through our Learning Platform which allows you to connect with your peers around the world and provide support to each other as you work towards your common goals.
The formal curriculum is curated and managed on our Learning Management platform. The curriculum is organized into four core learning blocks which correlate to a project’s life cycle and the activities you perform within that stage. A curriculum of topics will be assigned to you along with completion goals.
A helpful Progress Tracker keeps a record of your learning and flags due items. Our learning platform also tracks other general continual professional development modules you take outside of the Chartership Pathway so you can easily manage your additional CPD hours requirement. Our APC / Chartership Pathway is run in collaboration with the RICS, who also provide a range of exclusive workshops for Linesight participants.
Our APC / Chartership Pathway is specifically designed to support Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors who would like to undertake their Assessment of Professional Competency (APC) to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Chartered status is a globally respected professional standard awarded by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
We accept applicants all year round. All cost manager / quantity surveying graduates who join Linesight are automatically eligible for the Chartership Pathway!

Hands on learning with the best – you will work on some of the most innovative build projects with world-leading clients, gaining industry knowledge and in-depth experience across all project management competencies as you work towards your PMI Certified Associate assessment.
You will be guided and supported by a designated PMI Pathway Mentor, who will develop a personal Learning and Development Plan which will include a blend of on-the-job learning and formal training. They will also advise and approve your assessment materials.
As with many of our other learning pathways, the Project Management Pathway follows the 70/20/10 learning and development model. This means that approximately 70% of what you learn will come through on-the-job training, 20% will be through learning from more experienced colleagues and managers and 10% will be from attending structured classroom sessions or online learning.
The PMI Certified Associate Pathway is specifically designed to support you to achieve the PMI Certified Associate Membership accreditation with the Project Management Institute, a globally recognized accreditation.
This is an opportunity for those who have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and/or those who have 2-3 years post-graduate experience in the workplace to become a Certified Project Manager. Typically, participants have come from Construction Management backgrounds, this Pathway includes applicants from other sectors such as Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing and Commercial Data Centers.

You will work with some of the world’s most prestigious companies on major programs of work, gaining valuable skills and knowledge while you work towards your chosen masters qualification.
This is an opportunity for those who have already completed a Bachelor's degree in another discipline, for example but not limited to Science, Engineering, Business or IT and who would like to transition into a career in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or Procurement.

The Pathway is designed to provide participants with a foundation in the core Cost Management competencies and how to apply them to construction projects. Collaborative group training will focus on the key cost management skills. As with all our Learning Pathways it blends on-the-job learning with formal training sessions, coaching and mentoring.
Training sessions are delivered by our in-house subject matter experts who provide the necessary knowledge and insight across all core cost management competencies. Regular check-ins, quizzes and assignments will help assess your progress throughout the curriculum.
Project application – working on specific example projects, you will be able to practically apply the skills and knowledge obtained from the training sessions to a real-life client project scenario. In this way you will develop and hone your cost management abilities and experience before moving to work on live projects.
One to one mentoring sessions are held throughout the program duration, these tutorials will give you the opportunity to tap into the extensive expertise of our most senior cost professionals, and give you the opportunity to ask questions and raise any challenges or issues you may be facing.
The Cost Management Transition Pathway is aimed at professionals with 2 to 5 years construction experience who wish to utilize their existing skills and knowledge, and transition to a new career in Cost Management. It is open to applicants from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds including but not limited to Engineering, Architectural Technology, Facilities Management, Data Analysis and Finance.
Having completed the initial pathway it is envisaged that participants would have the core skills to eventually become an Associate Member of RICS. Once you have attained a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Cost Manager, you would then be eligible to apply for full Chartered status via RICS.

Our Project Management Professional (PMP) Accreditation Pathway is designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and educational support required to prepare you for the PMP Accreditation exam, with the Project Management Institute (PMI). The PMI is the leading professional association for a growing community of project professionals worldwide. It offers globally recognized standards and certifications including the PMP Accreditation.
All program participants will be allocated a PMI Approved Facilitator, who will oversee and support your learning journey. The PMP curriculum is organized into three key areas which relate to the core aspects of a typical project - people, process and business environment. There is a requirements to complete 36 hours of core curriculum related to the core project areas.
Experienced Project Managers who wish to take the exam to gain a formal Project Management Professional (PMP) Accreditation from the PMI to enhance their career prospects and increase the value they can provide to our Linesight Clients. Participants need to have a minimum of four years Project Management experience to be eligible for the PMP Accreditation Pathway.
We accept applicants year round. All new Project Managers joiners are automatically eligible for the PMP Accreditation Pathway if they meet the required PMI experience criteria.
The program duration for the formal learning is 6 to 12 weeks. The exam must be taken within 1 month of completing the preparation course.

Our Project Controls Pathway supports those working in construction consultancy who wish to gain an internationally-recognised professional certification in scheduling, planning, estimating, or cost and project control with the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB).
This Pathway will be delivered through a sequence of modules consisting of: virtual classroom workshops (both theory and practical exercises); a topic-specific assignment; a team assignment based on a simulated engineering project. There will then be the opportunity to put the learnings into practice through in-person masterclasses conducted across various Linesight locations.

Successful completion of the programme will provide you with a formal, internationally-recognised qualification and a comprehensive understanding of the project controls environment and discipline.
This invaluable programme lasts nine months. You should expect to spend 2-3 full days on each assignment, as well as regular calls with your learning cohort and trainers.
Working as a cost controller, planner or scheduler working on crucial projects in life sciences, data centres or commercial, means mitigating project risks will be a key part of your role. This certification will give you the knowledge, skills and experience to run your projects with confidence, to time and within scope.
