In this role you will:

  • Manage multiple, simultaneous data center campus development projects focusing on front end planning deliverables
  • Assist with Utility Studies to assess options for power, water and sewer to efficiently manage site constraints
  • Develop Project Execution Plans in line with client requirements, including communication plans and key events
  • Manage all stakeholders to ensure activities are aligned with key milestones based on timelines throughout the project
  • Participate in the development of the RFP and SOW and evaluate submissions to aide client vendor selection decisions
  • Lead key project meetings to monitor progress and collaborate on solving problems
  • Monitor project schedules and create compelling reports on exceptions to the plan
  • Develop and manage Program Level reporting on project statuses relating to schedule, budget, safety and project risk
  • Update key partners with status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have grown your project management skills over a minimum of 10 years, supporting Data Centre or Utilities projects in the consulting industry
  • Have a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar construction related discipline
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one.  We can help
  • Are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Have prior experience with Data Visualization software
  • Thrive in a hands-on environment focusing on innovation, agility, and velocity
  • Enjoy building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
  • We are open to this position being conducted remotely or hybrid from our Linesight US office locations. Travel to client site will be expected quarterly.

The salary offered for this role is between $130,000 and $150,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on skills, experience and education
