As a Senior Business Analyst and Systems Admin (iCIMS) at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:

  • Deliver efficient recruitment and onboarding processes utilizing iCIMS system configurations and business process design
  • Consult with cross-functional users to understand business needs and partner to prioritize and identify practical solutions
  • Liaise with internal IT partners and external vendor support functions to ensure alignment of technical roadmaps and resolution of escalated issues
  • Act as Level 2 support for technical issues arising in daily use of the tool
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on prioritization, system optimization, dashboard and analytics development
  • Engage and support SuperUsers with queries and enhancement

  • Have in-depth configuration experience with iCIMS ATS and Onboarding products
  • Enjoy working across regions to define global solutions
  • Thrive on problem-solving and technical innovation
  • Have demonstrated experience working across management levels to build technical understanding and influence for effective outcomes
  • Have experiencing in partnership to define business analytics and measures to optimize operational focus
  • Have knowledge of, or experience in, the recruitment lifecycle is a plus!
