In this role you will:

- Translate detailed technical data into impactful information for partners and clients.
- Create, maintain, and present compelling reports using Power BI.
- Review data quality on a weekly basis, including cost and cash flow data related to the client's construction programme.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems.
- Create analytical tools to support our client’s business needs.
- Consolidate data into comprehensive reports to provide a clear picture of project status and forecasts.
- Review and improve existing data management processes, actively participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Provide data validation support to the client's internal programmers and serve as the primary contact for automation and dashboard development initiatives.
- Utilise data visualisation software to report on programme deliverables.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as process reviews, value stream mapping, trend analysis, and visualisation support (including presentations and Tableau).
- Generate monthly construction programme reports, involving data consolidation and analysis, trend reporting, and automation efforts.
- Collaborate with site teams to perform root-cause analysis of variances and trends across the client's global programme.

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Enjoy understanding trends and identifying anomalies in financial data.
- Have experience with Power BI.
- Hold a BSc or have equivalent experience.
- Are skilled with data visualisation software (such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, etc.) and possess advanced Excel skills.
- Have intermediate experience with SQL or similar databases.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where you can manage your own priorities and deadlines.
- Excel at building strong relationships with your team and clients, fostering a shared sense of purpose, openness, and fun.
