As a Europe Learning & Development Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will: 

  • Lead the learning & development team to provide exceptional learning and development initiatives to our teams based across 12 European countries, playing a key role in the development of our employees, managers and teams 
  • Partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partner to drive learning and development initiatives on needs assessment, skills identification, content generation and leveraging our systems and tools to provide multi-channel training solutions to employees across 12 countries 
  • Lead the delivery of development planning training and support the annual Key Player Programme as part of the European Succession Planning process 
  • Assist with the delivery and development of our further education programmes, study schemes, and early careers learning programmes/pathways 
  • Partner with our managers to provide expert coaching in the support of our key programmes  
  • Manage the learning & development budget for Europe 

 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have grown your experience in learning and development over the last 5 to 8 years with experience in developing learning programmes in a multi-country environment  
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Studies or a related discipline  
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing  
  • Are systems savvy with experience in the use of a variety of learning tools and systems 
  • Thrive in a hands-on environment focusing on agility and velocity 
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
