In this role you will: 

  • Assist the Global Mobility Tax Manager in overseeing the day-to-day management of the Company's Global Mobility Programme, acting as the Global Mobility contact for all assignee tax related queries.
  • Manage the Global Mobility Tax compliance requirements for the company e.g. manage the A1/Certificate of Coverage process, expat tax scheme applications and employee tax return compliance requirements.
  • Advise the business on employment tax issues and calculations, liaising with external advisors where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to drive changes in policy to enhance compliance and reporting.
  • Assist in the establishment of processes and policies in relation to business travellers.
  • Liaise with the Corporate Tax Team on potential P.E implications arising from cross border arrangements.
  • Advise the internal Payroll function for all employment tax related issues and shadow payroll requirements.
  • Provide support to the wider Tax Team initiatives which may have relevance to employment taxes.
  • Assist in the management and review of the Company’s Independent Contractor policy ensuring compliance globally.

  • Have CTA Qualified with at least 3 years personal tax and international assignment tax experience.
  • Are a flexible individual who can cope with competing demands and tight deadlines.
  • Have strong personal tax credentials with an ability to convey technical matters in a user-friendly manner.
  • Are a self-starter who can manage fluctuating workloads and projects using a high degree of initiative.
