The opportunity

As an Employer Brand Specialist (Fixed Term Contract) with Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective. 

 

You will work closely with the Employer Brand Manager, the wider Marketing team and the P&OD team, to support the further development, evolution and activation of Linesight’s employer brand. This role will touch multiple stakeholders and audiences, including job candidates and an internal audience, and crosses a broad range of activities, platforms and systems.

  

This role comprises day-to-day coordination of a broad variety of tasks that shape, align with and support Linesight’s Employer Brand Strategy, rolling up into the overall Marketing Strategy and Business Strategy. The successful candidate will spend their time working on a number of key initiatives that influence the progression of the employer brand behind a fast-growing, dynamic and diverse multinational organisation, that sees its people as its greatest asset and offers exciting career development opportunities and supports across a broad array of expertise. 


In this role you will: 

  • Oversee key employer brand and advocacy content series, for use on digital channels, to present an authentic, engaging and compelling perspective of Linesight as a place to work 
  • Manage the Linesight alumni network day-to-day, and focusing on growth of this platform, content mapping and engagement opportunities 
  • Collaboratie with the Employer Brand Manager and Talent Acquisition team on the creation of tailored assets for use at various touchpoints along the candidate journey 
  • Liaise with the graphics team to deepen the bank of templates available with regards to employer branding assets – to both grow our Talent Acquisition asset bank and general use for digital channels  

 

We would love to hear from you if you have: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field 
  • Experience working in Content Management Systems 
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator 
  • Good language and writing skills (extending to content ideation, production, editing and reviewing) 
  • Experience with mainstream social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) and in strategic social media marketing approaches 
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills 
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite 
  • The desire to work in a dynamic environment as part of a fast-growing organisation, with the opportunity to play a central role in further growing and evolving our employer brand
