In this role you will: 

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of costs.
  • Generate and manage project budgets.
  • Prepare and organize documents required for approvals.
  • Conduct benchmarking for existing and new projects.
  • Monitor and manage lead times effectively.
  • Utilize knowledge of suppliers for long lead equipment (LLE).
  • Leverage local market knowledge to support procurement activities.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
  • Provide market intelligence support for new suppliers and equipment categories.
  • Track and manage delivery schedules.
  • Issue purchase orders and manage documentation.
  • Stay tech-savvy and open to learning new tools.
  • Support the drafting of bespoke contracts.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the tendering and procurement processes.
