Cost Manager - MEP

In this role you will:
- Maintain a comprehensive database of costs.
- Generate and manage project budgets.
- Prepare and organize documents required for approvals.
- Conduct benchmarking for existing and new projects.
- Monitor and manage lead times effectively.
- Utilize knowledge of suppliers for long lead equipment (LLE).
- Leverage local market knowledge to support procurement activities.
- Assist in vendor negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
- Provide market intelligence support for new suppliers and equipment categories.
- Track and manage delivery schedules.
- Issue purchase orders and manage documentation.
- Stay tech-savvy and open to learning new tools.
- Support the drafting of bespoke contracts.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding processes.
- Assist in the tendering and procurement processes.
