Change Management Analyst

In this role you will:
- Maintain the project change management logs, with detail focus and accuracy
- Participate in site walks with GC, and client team to assess change requests and identifying potential cost impacts
- Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all change activities
- Track and report cost savings achieved through efficient change management practices.
- Assist in preparing documentation and presentations for stakeholder reviews and approvals.
- Implement project change procedures and use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the procedures are always observed
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management, engineering, or construction discipline
- Have experience in change management activities on varied projects, pharmaceutical project experience desired
- Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
