In this role you will: 

  • Maintain the project change management logs, with detail focus and accuracy
  • Participate in site walks with GC, and client team to assess change requests and identifying potential cost impacts 
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all change activities
  • Track and report cost savings achieved through efficient change management practices.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and presentations for stakeholder reviews and approvals.
  • Implement project change procedures and use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the procedures are always observed 
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.

 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management, engineering, or construction discipline
  • Have experience in change management activities on varied projects, pharmaceutical project experience desired
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one.  We can help 
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused 
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
